Heavy Haul industrial action suspended

Lengthy negotiations have taken place between ASLEF and Heavy Haul management and a proposed settlement to the dispute has been reached.

As a result of these successful negotiations and the proposed settlement to the dispute, the Executive Committee has agreed to suspend the industrial action planned for 8 July 2010, pending a full report by the Negotiating Team.
