A course has been arranged aimed at recently elected Branch Secretaries, covering the roles and responsibilities of the post. Other topics will include the day to day operation of a branch, organisation, communication, finances and activism within ASLEF – getting your branch’s voice heard.
The course will be held on the 15th, 16th and 17thApril 2014 at Stoke Rochford Hall, Grantham, NG33 5EJ. Members attending would be expected to arrive for a 1.00pm start on Tuesday 15th April and the course is intended to finish for a 3pm departure on the 17thApril. Accommodation and meals will be provided.
