ASLEF Representative wins European Works Council vote

EWS/i Company Council Secretary Michael Finn has been elected as the UK representative on the DB European Works Council

Mick won the election with a clear majority of all the votes cast nationwide and is now the sole UK representative on the European Works Council.

The DB European Works Council is a body where representatives from all DB Schenker business's from around Europe meet on a quarterly basis and discuss issues relating to DB Schenker and its constituent companies . The UK representative will not only represent Train Drivers but ALL DB Schenker staff in the UK at the European Level.

It is a tribute to the collective strength of ASLEF that we have our representative on the works council and the Company Council would collectively like to thank all those ASLEF members who voted for Mick finn.
