Changes to the PT&R and Long Term Welfare Arrangements

At the August EC session the EC accepted a report from the Company Council on changes to the PT&R and Long Term Welfare arrangements

The changes were drafted last year by the Company Council and cover the PT&R arrangements for relocation with or without a home move and also the welfare arrangements when a Driver as to finish due to ill health.

The new arrangements have been made to clear up confusion and grey areas within the current PT&R agreements.The Welfare arrangements have been amended to comply with legislation that has become Law since the Welfare agreements were last amended.
