Granting of Emergency Leave

Following representations made by the Company Council, it has been agreed that Duty Traincrew Managers (DTCMs) are delegated the authority to grant emergency leave with due cognisance to existing agreements. LM have run two courses to brief DTCMs on this process and Drivers requiring emergency leave should request it through this channel.
