RPI plus 0.25%

The RPI for February was 3.7%.

Therefore in accordance with the 2009/10 pay deal [which gave the greater of a 2% increase or February RPI +0.25%], a rise in the rate of pay and all associated allowances of 3.95% is payable from April 1st 2010.
