It has been identified that certain Heavy Haul Drivers, are a minority in their local branches, and therefore do not recieve effective representation at this level.

As a result of this certain recommendations have been made, and further investigations are being made in order to fully utilise the effectiveness of Branch representation, in areas where Heavy Haul drivers reside.
