There are 4 company council (DFC) reps for East Midlands Trains, and we are listed below along with our home depot. However, our role is to represent all Drivers in EMT, whether on the Connect-side, Depot Drivers, or London-side.

We deal with matters relating to company-wide business such as pay; changes to terms and conditions; and promotion, transfer and redundancy issues (PT&R).
