New Year LUL strikes suspended

The union has suspended the threatened industrial action planned on London Underground on 16 January and 3 and 13 February. General Secretary Mick Whelan says, 'This decision has been taken on the basis that meaningful talks will begin next week with LUL management over future staffing arrangements for drivers working on Boxing Days in the future.'
