Jubilee Line talks fail

Crunch talks that took place with the management of London tube system’s Jubilee Line earlier today have ended ‘one step back’ according to union negotiators. The union says that failure to sort out problems over an authoritarian and heavy-handed management and worsening working conditions will ‘inevitably’ lead to a ballot for industrial action.

Relations have been severely strained since management failed to implement solutions that were agreed in a ‘dispute resolution’ meeting last September.
