The ASLEF Annual Assembly of Delegates is taking place from 5 - 9 June at the St Nicholas Hotel in Scarborough. Delegates will be discussing issues including conditions of service, union organisation and political matters. At various times during the week the conference will be addressed by Terry Clarke ( ex ASLEF EC President), David Anderson MP, TUC Deputy President Frances O’Grady, transport minister Derek Twigg MP and Carolyn Jones from the Institute for Employment Rights.


ASLEF’s London headquarters will remain staffed and open during the week, but obviously it will not be operating normally.
