Burston strike school rally

Mick Whelan, general secretary of ASLEF; Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell; and TUC president Liz Snape are the speakers at the Burston strike school rally from 10.45am to 4pm tomorrow (Sunday) at Crown Green, Burston, near Diss, in Norfolk. The rally will be chaired by Megan Dobney, regional secretary of the TUC, and Clive Lewis, Labour MP for Norwich South and Shadow Secretary of State for Defence. Entertainment will be provided by Attila the Stockbroker; Red Flags; the NAS/UWT brass band; the Banner Theatre 1 May band; and Steve White & the Protest Family. There's a food and beer tent; campaign and community stalls; and a good time is always had by all.
